Step 1Select a product

Method 1
Select a product from a domestic shopping site in China and paste the product link (URL) into the OVERSEAMART inspection field. Select the product that appears.

Method 2
Select a language in the language field of the OVERSEAMART search box and enter the product name in one of the supported languages. Specify the product source as "1688/Taobao/Tmall/Omakase Mall (direct shipping without stock)" at the top of the search bar and click the search button. Please select a desired product from the search results.

Tips：
① Currently, only Taobao, Alibaba, and Tenmao are supported for product information search.
② For other online shopping sites (JD, XIANYU, PINGDUODUO, etc.), please enter the product information directly with [Manual input] and place an order.

Select the size, color, style, quantity, etc. of the product, add it to the shopping cart, and proceed to [Order].

Method 2
Enter the product information directly with [Manual input], add the product to the shopping cart, and then proceed to [Order].

For ONE PAY product only, you only have to pay once, so be sure to check ONE PAY if you wish. Optional services can be selected at the order confirmation stage, please select the service you need. If there is no problem, click the [Order Confirmation] button and submit the order.


Tips：
① There are restrictions on the delivery of some products in international logistics. Please pay attention to the restrictions and risk warnings.
② Alibaba products have a minimum purchase limit, so please pay attention to the seller's minimum quantity set.
③ For JD, XIANYU, PINGDUODUO, etc., directly enter the product information by [manual input] and place an order.

Step 3Payment (for ONEPAY-enabled products only, you only need to pay once)

ONEPAY compatible products
If you check ONE PAY for ONE PAY compatible products, you will be able to add the shipping address and shipping method when you proceed to order confirmation, and the international shipping fee will be automatically added according to the shipping address and shipping method, You only need to make one payment here.

What is ONEPAY?
The import agency industry is usually divided into two stages: "purchase" and "shipping request", which means that you need to pay twice. With our company's introduction of the industry's first ONEPAY function, you only need to pay once, just like you always shop. While the order proceeds smoothly, the work time can be greatly reduced.

Step 4Purchasing

The OVERSEAMART purchaser will purchase the item on your behalf and wait for the item to arrive.

Step 5Product arrival, inspection, weighing, shelving

OVERSEAMART receives the goods on behalf of the buyer and carries out inspection procedures according to the customer's requirements. The goods are then packed into packages suitable for international shipping standards, weighed, shelved and temporarily stored in our warehouse. Once the shelving is completed, the goods are placed in the [Can submit waybill] status in the customer's [My Order].

Tips：
OVERSEAMART will strictly adhere to the inspection standards, and if any problems are found, we will quickly contact the customer to discuss the best solution.

Step 6Customer submits waybill

In the [My account] screen, select the products whose [Product Status] is set to [Can submit waybill] and then click the [Submit waybill] button.

Tips：
①　OVERSEAMART provides two months of free storage service.
②　You can order a single item for delivery, or you can order several items together to reduce the cost of each item.
③　International shipping charges may change due to changes in the quantity of products requested for shipping.

Step 7Confirmation of waybill and payment of international shipping charges

After submitting the waybill, the screen will change to the waybill confirmation screen. Add your address information, and a suitable delivery method will be recommended. Check the optional services you need, and click the [Submit waybill] button to confirm your delivery request.

②Fare settlement
For regular products that are not ONEPAY compatible, a second international shipping charge will be applied here. Please note that it may take some time from the submission of the waybill to the payment, as operations are required to confirm the waybill.

Tips：
① Some items are subject to shipping restrictions. OVERSEAMART will select the available shipping methods, so please choose from the recommended shipping methods.
② International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product, the shipping route you choose, and your shipping address.
③ The difference in shipping cost will be refunded to your OVERSEAMART account balance after it is shipped.

Step 8Shipped from OVERSEAMART

We will ship the products after completing the packing, weighing, photographing, vacuum packaging, printing instructions, etc. according to the customer's request.

Tips：
① OVERSEAMART provides FBA sealing, compression packaging, insurance and other related services, and you can choose value-added services according to your needs.
② International cargo will be affected by aviation delays, customs inspections, damage, loss, etc. OVERSEAMART cannot avoid problems caused by third-party service, quality or management defects (such as shipping companies and customs). OVERSEAMART will notify you in advance according to the actual transportation situation, and actively support you when problems occur.

Step 9Customer confirms receipt of goods

1.After OVERSEAMART ships the product, customers can check the international logistics tracking information in the corresponding shipping order in [My account] - [My waybill].
2.If there is no problem, go to "My account" - "My waybill", check the waybill order number, and then click the "Receipt" button to confirm receipt.

Tips：
For the received products, points will be returned for the purchase order amount. Points are redeemed for coupons and can be used when paying international shipping charges.
Example: If the purchase amount is 500 yuan, 500 points will be awarded.
